Stop Eating Breakfast Early in the Morning |
I know. Everything you have been told says breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But here is what nobody tells you: eating too early keeps your insulin elevated from the moment you wake up. Chronically elevated insulin is one of the primary drivers of fibroid growth.
When I moved my first meal from 7am to 10am, my bloating reduced within a week. My clients report the same. Start your morning with warm water or herbal tea, something lite protein rich and high in fibre but leave your main breakfast till after your body is cleaing and balancing. Let your body finish what it started overnight before you interrupt it with too much food.
The hack: delay your first main meal. Your hormones will thank you.

Your Healthy Snacks Are Stalling Your Healing |
I had a client who was doing everything right. Organic food. Green smoothies. No sugar. She could not understand why she was not improving. When we looked at her day — she was eating every two hours. Even healthy food.
Every time you eat, you trigger an insulin response. Constant snacking means constant insulin. Constant insulin means constant fibroid stimulation. The fix is not better snacks. When you eat carbohydrates after bitter foods, your glucose response is dramatically flatter. A flatter glucose response means less insulin. Less insulin means less estrogen stimulation. This is the one that changes everything for most women. When your nervous system is stuck in a chronic stress state — and most of us with fibroids are — your body produces excess cortisol. Cortisol suppresses progesterone. When progesterone is low, estrogen becomes dominant. Estrogen dominance feeds fibroids.
No diet in the world can override a dysregulated nervous system. I had a client whose pain reduced significantly without any dietary changes at all — simply by introducing five minutes of deep breathing and a daily slow walk. Your body cannot heal in fight or flight. It is not designed to. Magnesium, breathwork, and gentle movement are not luxuries. They are medicine.

Modern physiology backs this up: cold causes vascular constriction, reducing blood flow and lymphatic circulation to the uterus. Fibroid tissue thrives in low-circulation environments.
I stopped drinking cold water. I stopped eating cold foods. I started using castor oil packs on my lower abdomen three to four times a week. I drank warm herbal teas — ginger, raspberry leaf, chamomile. These are not complicated interventions. But the cumulative effect on pelvic circulation is profound. Warmth is not comfort. Warmth is a healing signal.
