After 16 years of running my own business, I was diagnosed with fibroids and my life changed. I went from being a powerhouse businesswoman often featured in the glossies, to living with debilitating symptoms and clinical obesity with multiple miscarriages.

After completing medical treatments to remove the fibroids, I knew I had to make long-lasting lifestyle changes to reduce my chances of them recurring, but I struggled to stay consistent, often neglecting my own self-care for those demands from my business. I developed my proven programs to serve women who are struggling with fibroids to regain their vitality and confidence back.
